If you have done a job that has Online Banking via the GoGet App, the App will notify you if the Poster has banked in the funds. If you do not see the notification, do not hand over the items upon delivery. The policy is to ensure the funds are received before handing over the funds.
GoGet is not liable if the GoGetter hands over the items before receiving the funds via the App. The App will not allow you to complete the job until you have gotten the notification that the Poster has paid via the App. If you did not receive tips or payment from Poster for this job, please report this in the app.
Alternatively, if you did a GoGet Shopping or Food job that involved cash upon delivery, please take note that the policy is to ensure the poster has paid the GoGetter cash before handing over the goods.

The GoGet support not even helping. If you having the issue does get the paid from the poster, you would even get paid by GoGet either. Yet, they take your money 15% from the tip and you get nothing.
