As best practices, please contact the Poster immediately once you have claimed a job prior to starting the job. If the Poster informs you that the job is no longer needed, please cancel the job with the reason: Poster/receiver doesn't need this job anymore.
What happens to the job if I cancel/unclaim the job?
If the Poster no longer need the job, please make sure you cancel it with the correct reason: Poster/receiver doesn’t need this job anymore. This is so that the job will not be open for other GoGetters to claim it again. If you cancel with the wrong reasons, the job may automatically be visible on “Find a Job” and this will put other GoGetters through the trouble you faced again.
I have started the job but the Poster cancelled the job, what should I do?
If you have started the job but the Poster cancelled the job when you're on the way to the first location, kindly report the job accordingly and we will assist you. You may refer to here for more information on compensation policy for GoGetter.
