If there is any changes of the job which are different from what you have claimed, GoGetter has the right to cancel the job with the reason "Poster changed the job details".
Change of job requirement including :
- GoGet fee changed
- Additional item
- Additional location
- Change of time, date of the task
- Change of job locations
- Poster and/or PIC provide a different job description during the job shift itself. (In the job description is to make sales calls indoors but during the job, the poster/PIC request GoGetter to give out flyers.)
- Actual item is different from what is described prior to reaching the pick up point
If you are not comfortable proceeding with the job, please cancel the job. Do provide us with any screenshots of the conversation, job details, and/or pictures of the location for evidence.
What if I want to proceed with the job? (dispatch)
Yes, you may proceed with the job if you have made an agreement with the Poster on the changes.
If it incurs additional distance travelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the additional distance travelled will be charged at RM1.00/km for car, RM1.10/km for bike, or RM15 per hour. As a GoGetter, please try to make every effort to deliver within the re-delivery time requested, however, please communicate with the Poster if you're unable to proceed with the changes.
Do reconfirm in writing inside the GoGet messaging chat so that if any disputes happen, GoGet admin is able to support you with your written agreement in the chat with the poster.
What if I want to proceed with the job? (helper)
Yes, you may proceed with the job if you have made an agreement with the Poster on the changes. However, there will not be additional compensation for the helper job.
Do reconfirm in writing inside the GoGetter app's messaging chat so that if any disputes happen, GoGet admin is able to support you with your written agreement in the chat with the poster.
