This is great to pump up awareness, increase reach and market your brand to new customers.
- Recommended for merchants looking to run a marketing campaign to introduce a new product or to offer items at a special price to reach out to new potential customers.
- Only merchants who have a GoGet Business Account are entitled to enlist deals on GoGet.
- The promotion may be tied to a specific national celebration such as, Christmas, CNY, Hari Raya, Mother’s Day. For this, a special marketing campaign will normally be planned out, involving several other merchants. Everyone will market each other to their customer/database, leading to a wider audience reach.
- Please fill up the deals details in the Google Form and add the relevant photos in the Google Drive folder, 2 working days before the start date of the deal. This is to ensure that the deal runs smoothly without delays. Note that we will send all links to you beforehand.
- The marketing efforts that will be taken by GoGet over a span of 2 weeks are in the form of :
- 2 Emails
- 2 Facebook
- 2 Instagram post
*Please note that all marketing efforts with partners may be combined in a newsletter format. - It is a scheduled promotion only valid for users residing in the Klang Valley.
- Scheduled delivery: After the promotion is live on Deals page, GoGet will start taking orders from users. Orders will be collected on our platform for 2 weeks. Once the promotion ends, merchants will be informed of the final number of orders. Delivery for all of the orders will be delivered 3 days after cut-off date (depending on the lead time that merchant needs), and delivery will be carried out on 1 day only.
- Delivery fee of RM12 is to be paid either by customers or merchant fully/partly subsidizes depending on merchant's decision.
- The above fees are only available for deliveries done using sedan cars and bikes. We do not provide rates for vans or mpvs.
- Deals would be released based on the agreed date on the Google Form. Each deal will stay on the Deals page for a minimum of 1 week.
- Details of deals submitted through the Google Form is final and no changes are to be made after the form is submitted.
- Payment is done online with the customer: GoGet will e-mail users with the payment link (Billplz). Once the promotion ends, merchant shall invoice GoGet based on the total number of orders and GoGet will reimburse the amount collected from users.
- Please provide at least 2 images in PNG or JPEG format of any of the items you would like to market on our platform.
- Please provide your company logo in PNG format with a transparent background.
- Marketing efforts carried out by GoGet will be in the form of - 2 Emails, 2 Facebook, 2 Instagram posts.
*Please note that all marketing efforts with other merchants may be combined in a newsletter format. - You are also entitled to be showcased as our 'GoGet Business of The Week' on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Therefore please provide 1 image of your business or company that you feel highlights your brand and please fill up the form we will provide.
- Please note that incomplete Google forms will automatically be rejected.
