You should receive a welcome email from GoGet within the same business day if you bought between 9am to 5pm. If you purchased outside of the working hours, you will receive the email the following business day. In the email you will have all the steps and log-in details.

5. What if I have less than 10 job credits left in my account? Can I still post up deliveries?
If you have GoGet Ringgit Malaysia Credits (not job credits from billplz partnership), the system will check and use your Ringgit Malaysia Credits. Otherwise you will be prompted to top up via GoGet credits or billplz partnership link in question 4 to buy job tokens.
6. How do I see how many job credits I have left on GoGet?
You can see the total remaining job credits by logging into GoGet and clicking on "Dispatch". You will see in your display how many you have left.
7. Why do I see RM0 credits on my dashboard? I thought I bought RM300 from billplz for these 20 deliveries?
The RM0 is for GoGet Ringgit Malaysia Credits. Your 20 deliveries are called "job tokens" and you can see your remaining job tokens when you click on Dispatch.
8. Why can't I post up ondemand and scheduled deliveries?
Your job tokens are only for the bulk orders. So if you'd like to send one off deliveries, you can purchase via the pricing link in our GoGet platform.

9. What happens if I cancel?
Your job will be cancelled, but your job tokens will not be refunded.
10. Is there any insurance for my item?
We protect Goods in Transit for all dispatch jobs posted on GoGet Platform. The policy covers up to RM100 maximum per delivery and upon filing of insurance.
You may click on "Report" in the GoGet platform and file your case there. A GoGet support team will be in contact to further discuss the necessary details and information for the case.
Our insurance covers the following:
1. GoGetter mishandling of items
2. GoGetter being late
Our insurance does not cover:
1. Acts of God
2. Delay caused by third party and or merchant at pick up or at drop off
3. Closure of road
4. Delays caused by thunderstorm and weather conditions

GoGet shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing Services or delivering Goods where such failure arises as a result of any act or omission, which is outside our reasonable control such as all overwhelming and unpreventable events caused directly and exclusively by forces of nature that can be neither anticipated, nor controlled, nor prevented by the exercise of prudence, diligence, and care, including but not limited to: war, riot, civil commotion; compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction and acts of third parties.
