Why does this happen?
Note: Only applicable to Part-Timer jobs (and not Dispatch, Food/Shopping, and Cheque Deposit jobs) effective 20 June 2023.
In ensuring a reliable platform, we implemented a layer of tracking on GoGetters to ensure the authenticity of their attendance at work.
If our tracking system could not locate the GoGetter at the job location during the shift, the app ensures that payment is on hold so you have time to verify this.
What should I do about it?
If and when this happens, you can either:
Release payment by clicking on “APPROVE PAYMENT OF RMX” if you are sure that the GoGetter completed the shift marked .
Immediately submit a report to us if the GoGetter did not attend the shift. Payment will remain on hold while our Support team investigates the issue.
If there is no action on your end for 72 hours (after the last shift has ended), an email will be sent to you to confirm the attendance of the GoGetter. If there is any dispute, please reply to the email. If we do not hear back from you after 48 hours, we will assume the job was completed and payment will be released.
