What happens if the Poster/ Receiver is late or not at the drop off location?

Please allow for 15 minutes waiting period from the stated drop off time. If the Poster/ Receiver arrives within the 15 minute waiting period, no actions will be taken. However, if the Poster/ Receiver arrives later than the 15 minute waiting period, please rate and review the Poster accordingly as the Poster should make sure that the Recipient is well informed about the delivery time. If the Poster/Receiver does not show up at the drop off location, please do the following:

1. Rate and review the poster
2. Report the job to GoGet.my by clicking the “Report a job” button
3. Update the status of the job by selecting "Unable to Deliver". Click here to read more.
4. We will contact the poster for reimbursement if necessary. GoGet reserves the right to impose additional charges to reimburse the GoGetter.

To mark a job as "Unable to Deliver". Click on the task and you will see a pop up like this with two options.

You will be asked to confirm one more time that your job is "Unable to Deliver".
