Some amount of the Admin fee will be deducted by the amount of commission charges accumulated. Also, your Admin fees will be paid only if it is more than RM10.
Incorrect Bank Details
Your payment will be rejected by the bank if the bank details provided are incorrect. You will receive a notification within 5 working days from the payment date to notify you. To update your bank details, please follow the steps below:
- Open your GoGetter app
- Click on Account > My Account > Bank Details
Please ensure that every detail submitted is CORRECT.
In some cases, your payment may be temporarily held due to a pending case for a job which requires clarification. Rest assured that we will pay you the outstanding balance once we have clarified and closed the case.
Bank processing time
Please note that different banks have different processing times and these may take anywhere from 1-3 working days. Maybank users will receive their payments instantly after Monday, Wednesday*, and Friday* at 6 pm. If you do not receive payment, kindly refer to the above possible reasons.
Please note that if Monday, Wednesday*, Friday* is a public holiday, payment will be done the next working day.
*GoGet will pay you on Wednesdays and Fridays if your statement is more than RM300. Read more here.
