If you need a GoGetter to return:
- Delivery confirmations
- Storage containers
- Cooler boxes
- Undelivered items
Here are the different options available to you:

- Have your GoGetter snap a photo of all of their delivery confirmations and send to you
- Have your GoGetter snap a photo when handing the item over to ensure it was delivered
- Make an additional stop on your job, so that the GoGetter is routed to return the delivery slips to you.
- Storage containers and cooler boxes
- Make an additional stop on your job, so that the GoGetter is routed to return the container to you.
- Undelivered items
- If you need GoGetter to drop off item at a new location or return the item to you, post another job to route those locations.
- Alternatively, you can also report the job to GoGet to compensate GoGetter for the extra distances travelled and we will assist to calculate the compensation fees accordingly. Click here for more information on compensation for extra distances.
These are the steps using multiple locations to return your item(s):
Upon posting job(s) you can select multiple locations by clicking on the “+” sign, to select multiple locations (up to 3 locations).
After you key in Location A (pick-up location) and enter Location B for the first drop-off location, click the “+” sign to add Location C and you will be able to insert another address for returning items.
This feature is only available for “Dispatch” type of jobs. Please find the screenshots below for your kind reference.
