How doesProof of Delivery work?
Step 1: Mark the task as "Completed" when you deliver the item.
Step 2: You will be asked to confirm. If the delivery was successful, click on "Mark as completed". If you faced issues and could not deliver, click on "Unable to deliver".
Step 3: Once you have marked the task as "Completed", you will be required to fill in the receiver's details. Please ensure all details are correct before clicking "Submit"!
IMPORTANT: Don't forget to perform this step when you handover the item to the recipient. Fill in all the required fields.
Step 4: For the "Proof of Delivery" for each task, you can review the details.
IMPORTANT: Sometimes, the Poster may require GoGetters to take a photo of the paper Delivery Order where their customers are required to chop and sign. Now you may attach the photo of the paper Delivery Order by clicking "Image Attachment" at each task (delivery location).
