There may be situations where you:
1. Have to wait for the receiver or posters due to delay on their end.
2. Unable to drop off the delivery item at the drop-off location due to the following reasons:-
- The receiver is not contactable
- No alternative receiver as the location is isolated
- No willing alternative receiver (i.e. security guard/ receptionist refuses to receive on behalf)
- The receiver refused to accept due to a "No gift policy"
- Address is wrong
You are required to perform the following steps when you encounter such situation:-

If the Poster/ Receiver is late | 15 mins | No actions taken |
>15 mins | Report the job via the app and select "I want compensation for delay at the location after waited for 15 mins” | |
No show *the poster/receiver is not at the drop-off location |
B.If the item is required to be returned to the pick up location, update the status of the job by selecting "Unable to Deliver". |
