How can new GoGetters get jobs if old GoGetters become "Favourite GoGetters" for posters?

Not all jobs are best for Favourite GoGetters, some jobs are on demand and rush, where those are pushed to the nearest and fastest GoGetter and posters don't want a preferred, but want a nearby GoGetter. Most jobs are open to all GoGetters.

Posters have said that they want to meet new GoGetters all the time and will not always use Favourites. It takes many tries before someone can be a favourite.

We've asked posters, does having "Favourite GoGetter" mean they will not use new GoGetters?

They all 100% say, no they only want to use Favourite GoGetters for some jobs, because it was through the new GoGetters that they got to even meet their Favourite GoGetters.
