Do I need to pay GoGet whenever my outstanding balance is RM20 and above?

When your outstanding balance is RM20 and above, you will notice there is a 'pay' option for you to pay GoGet. However this does not necessarily mean that your statement is due for payment.

Your statement becomes due when you owe GoGet more than RM10 for a period of 7 days consecutively. Therefore if your balance is RM20 and above but you have not had this for more than 7 calendar (i.e. public holidays and weekends are included) days consecutively, your statement is not due yet. 

If you see the "pay" button, it is to give you the flexibility to pay GoGet at any point in time, and at your convenience. This is so that you can pay smaller amounts bit by bit instead of waiting fora large outstanding amount.
