How does the loyalty bonus program work?

The Loyalty Program applies only for those who are trained as GoGetters before 22 Oct 2018.

You will need to continuously complete at least 12 jobs in the last 12 months since the date you are verified in order to get 5% bonus on new jobs claimed. The counter resets on every last day of the month.

Your bonus will be calculated when you complete the job.

The payment of the bonus will be together with the regular GoGetter payment cycle on Mondays.

Scenario 1: You claimed and completed Job A on 12 Dec 2018. You are entitled to the 5% loyalty bonus for JOB A as you maintained the criteria of completing at least 12 jobs in the last 12 months.

Scenario 2: You claimed and completed Job A on 12 Dec 2018. You are NOT ELIGIBLE for the 5% loyalty bonus for JOB A as you have only completed 5 jobs in the last 12 months. You did not meet the criteria of completing at least 12 jobs in the last 12 months.

IMPORTANT: The disqualification from the loyalty bonus program is permanent once you did not meet the criteria of completing at least 12 jobs in the last 12 months since the date you are verified.
