GoGetter Incentive Program - What you should know!

The GoGetter Incentive Program is designed to reward top-tier GoGetters, defined as active GoGetters with a good Completion Rate. 

An example of how the GoGetter Incentive Program works :- 

1. What incentive tier am I on 22/1? 

You are at the Silver Incentive tier as you have met the following criteria:- 

✅ Have >= 90% Completion Rate 

✅ >=RM160 earnings in the past 7 days 

2. What incentive (%) will I get? 

You will receive 4% Helper Incentive or 1% Delivery Incentive on new jobs CLAIMED while on the Silver Incentive tier. 

3. How do I check how much (RM) incentive I will get for a job? 

It’s simple! Your incentives are included in your “Total Earnings” view (before claim) if you are eligible for incentives.

4. When will my incentive be paid? 

Incentives will be added to your payment statement once you complete the job. You will be paid according to GoGet’s Payment Cycle. 

Terms & Conditions of the GoGetter Incentive Program 

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The GoGetter Incentive Program is open to all GoGetters who meet the eligibility criteria , based on earnings target & Completion Rate as stated in the “GoGetter Incentive” page in the GoGetter App. 

1.2 For Helper jobs with multiple shifts,  all shifts must be completed to enjoy incentives for that job. Any cancellation of shift(s) will disqualify the particular job from being included in the incentive counter.  

2. Incentive Details:

2.1 The incentives offered under this Program are a monetary bonus based on the incentive tier (%) the GoGetter is at and cannot be exchanged for other gifts or rewards e.g gift cards, cash etc.

2.2 The value and nature of the incentives are subject to change at the sole discretion of GoGet.my

3. Termination or Modification:

3.1 GoGet.my reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

By participating in the GoGetter Incentive Program, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Upon any dispute on the Terms & Conditions of the GoGetter Incentive Program between GoGet and the GoGetter, GoGet has the final decision on whether the GoGetter qualifies for the incentive.
