Are you seeing this screen when you click on Find Jobs?
This could be some of the reasons why:
Maximum Demerit Points
You have exceeded the maximum of 10 Demerit Points.
If you feel you were penalised unfairly, you may submit an appeal to GoGet Support for investigation and consideration to remove the Violation.
Inactive for a period of time
It's been a while since you do a GoGet job! Unfortunately, you're being blocked temporarily to accept new jobs, if you wish to become a GoGetter again, please click on "Help & Support" > "My Tickets" and submit a request with the subject "Request to reactivate inactive account" and attach the screenshot of the blocked page in the request form. Our support team will get in touch with you and share the details with you.
You will be blocked if you did not respond to our email/calls/WhatsApp/SMS for more than 24 hours. Our support team require your co-operation to investigate a dispute. Please contact our helpline 03-2935 9064 to reach out to the Support team immediately when you see this and let us know your issue.
If you have just passed the online GoGetter training test but you are seeing the Block page (as below), these may be the reasons:-
You may rectify the error by clicking on "Update Now".
Once you have update your profile, kindly allow up to 48 hours for our team to verify your information (refer screen below). You will have access to "Find jobs" page again once your application has been approved.
