💰 Bonus Reward: Earn RM21 when you complete 21 Storehub jobs/week during the campaign period.

Eligibility & Terms

➡ The bonus applies only to Storehub jobs completed within the campaign period.

➡ Only jobs that start and are completed between 10th March 2025 and 30th March 2025 will be counted.

➡ Jobs completed before 10th March 2025 or after 30th March 2025 will not be eligible.

➡ The RM21 bonus will be added to your earnings statement on Friday (4th April 2025 16:00) after the verification process is complete.

➡ Number of jobs completed will be counted from Monday - Sunday

➡ All deliveries must be completed within the timing shown in the GoGetter app.

➡ Only completed jobs will count toward the bonus.

What qualifies as a completed job?

A job is considered successful if:

✅ The recipient personally receives the item within the delivery window.

✅ The item is left at the designated location and acknowledged by the recipient (e.g., photo confirmation).

✅ The item is successfully delivered to a neighbor, receptionist, or authorized family member.

✅ The item is delivered late due to a previous delayed delivery (proof required).

✅ The GoGetter attempts to contact the recipient (with proof, e.g., screenshots) but they are unreachable.

✅ The recipient is not present at the address at the time of delivery.

✅ The recipient requests the delivery to be rescheduled.

A job is considered unsuccessful if:

❌ The GoGetter arrives late, and the recipient has already left.

❌ The item arrives damaged

❌ The delivery is made to the wrong address, despite having the correct information.

❌ The GoGetter fails to follow specific instructions provided by the recipient.

❌ The GoGetter experiences a vehicle breakdown after picking up the item and is unable to complete the delivery.
