Effective 14 October 2021, all Dispatch jobs will require a Proof of Pickup & Proof of Delivery in order for you to mark the Pickup & Dropoff tasks as "Completed" ✅
Why is this feature important to me?
- The images uploaded in the Pickup & Dropoff tasks will be used as evidence to support and protect you in the event of a dispute. 💪
- Posters are now required to include Receiver's details (Name & Phone Number) when posting a job. This will help you complete your job faster & more efficiently, and reduces back & forth communication with the Poster to get the Receiver's information.
What is the Proof of Pick Up & Delivery feature?
- At pick up & drop off, you will be required to upload image(s) to show the correct items have been picked up & delivered in good condition. 👍
