*Currently, this compensation request check is only available for delay-related compensation from credit paid jobs.
Click the notification icon (bell icon) and look for a notification with the subject "You have a compensation request." You will be directed to the job details page.
Click "View More" in the black ribbon that contains "GoGetter has requested for compensation."
The compensation details is provided. If you are agreeable, kindly ignore the request. The request will be processed automatically after 48 hours.
If you do not agree, kindly provide your elaboration about the dispute and click "Submit Appeal" to reach out to our GoGet support team.
Once your appeal is submitted successfully, you will see the green pop-up on the top of your screen. Further correspondence will be via email.
