Job issue resolution FAQ
1. The item is with me but I cannot proceed with the job due to flood/rain. How do I reach out to GoGet admin for help?
- STEP 1: Click on 'Report'.
- STEP 2: Select reason: "I am on a job and I need help due to flood issues".
GoGet admin will contact you as soon as we can to assist you.
2. I'm unable to proceed with a job due to flood/rain. How do I inform GoGet admin?
- STEP 1: Click on 'Report'.
- STEP 2: Select reason: "I cannot proceed with the job due to flood/rain. No further help needed."
3. Will I be penalized for job cancellations/delays due to the flood?
- No, you will not be penalized as this is an unavoidable act of God.
- However, we kindly ask that you keep the Poster/Receiver updated of any issues/delays faced on the job so that they are aware.
