Two bonus programs are available from these Posters this Mother's Day:

• Limitless
• Laurels & Leafz 

🕒 Date & Time:

• Bonus Period: Sunday, 11 May 2025, 00:00 – 23:59

✅ How to Qualify:

• Complete at least 18 delivery tasks (drop-offs only) for one specific Poster (either Limitless or Laurels & Leafz).
• Pickups do not count towards the bonus structure.

In the example below, this job has 3 tasks. Pick up is NOT counted as a task.

• Deliveries must be completed within the time shown in the GoGetter app.
• Only jobs with a green bonus tag are eligible.

💰 Bonus Structure:

• Complete 18 or more tasks: Get RM3 extra per task

Example: 18 tasks = RM54 bonus, 19 tasks = RM57, 20 tasks = RM60 and so on.

• Complete less than 18 tasks = No bonus, but you still earn job earnings.

***Bonus Payout Date: Monday, 19 May 2025 by 6PM. Please check your GoGetter Payment Statement*** 

❗Important Notes:

• You can do jobs for both Posters, but you’ll only get a bonus for the Poster you reach 18 tasks with.
  
  
  • Example: 8 Limitless tasks + 10 Laurels & Leafz tasks = No bonus as you did not reach the minimum task of 18 for the Poster.
  • Example: 10 Limitless tasks + 10 Limitless tasks = Limitless Bonus (20 tasks x RM3)
    
    

✅ What Counts as a Successful Task:

• Delivered to the recipient (or neighbor/receptionist/family) with proof of delivery in GoGetter App.
• Receiver unavailable, but a contact attempt was made with evidence e.g messages or call logs 
• Recipient is not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery and requests the delivery to be made at another time.

🚫 What Doesn't Count:

• Pickup tasks, return to pick up tasks, or redeliveries to new addresses

Example:

i) At Task 3, you are unable to deliver an item due to receiver not responsive and return the item to pick up. Task 3 counts toward your bonus. You will see Task 4: Return to pick up created in your job. Task 4 does not count towards your bonus. 

ii) At Task 2, you arrived but were requested by the receiver to redeliver to a new address. Task 2 counts toward your bonus. The delivery to the new address does not count towards your bonus. 

• Deliveries outside the bonus period (before/after 11 May 2025 00:00 - 23:59)
• Late to deliver, and the recipient has already left.
• The item is damaged
• Delivery to the wrong address
• Did not follow recipient’s delivery instructions.
• Vehicle breakdown and can’t complete the delivery

📋 Terms:

• GoGetter must not receive any violations or reports during the bonus period. 
• GoGet reserves the right to audit deliveries and withhold bonuses if any fraudulent activity or violation of platform terms is detected.
• GoGet has the right to modify or cancel this bonus program at its discretion without prior notice to GoGetters.
• In case of disputes, GoGet's decision will be final and binding.
