How does the drive-thru shopping jobs work?
Simply buy and handover the items to the Poster at the drive-thru location in the mall (Refer to Task B of the job). Refer to the image of the drive-thru location in your in-app chat.
Tip: Pay attention to the drive-thru location selected by the Poster as there may be more than 1 drive-thru drop off locations in the mall.

What should I do if there is a delay in shopping time?
We understand unexpected circumstances may happen while on the job e.g long queues. If you experience a delay in shopping time, please do the following:-
- Inform the Poster of the situation via in-app chat or call.
- Check if the Poster is willing to proceed with the job, if yes, you may continue; if not you may cancel the job.
If the event of delay caused by unexpected circumstances, you will be compensated accordingly in accordance with GoGet's Compensation Policy for GoGetters. To seek for compensation, please click on 'Report' for the job with issues so GoGet admin can assist you.
What should you do if the item requested by the Poster is sold out?
- Inform the Poster of the situation via in-app chat or call.
- Check if the Poster is willing to purchase an alternative product that is available.
- If the Poster is willing to purchase an alternative product, you may proceed with the job; if not you may cancel the job.
If in the event of job cancellation due to item sold out, you will be compensated accordingly in accordance with GoGet's Compensation Policy for GoGetters. To seek for compensation, please click on 'Report' for the job with issues so GoGet admin can assist you.
What should I do if the Poster is not at the drive-thru drop off point?
- Must wait for at least 15 mins as per the time in 'Drive-thru' location task.
- Contact Poster via in-app chat or call. If there is no response after 15 mins, GoGetter can mark the item as "Unable to deliver" & refund item to the shop.
- If the item is non-refundable, GoGet will compensate the GoGetter accordingly. GoGetter must be able to provide evidence that confirmation had been given by Poster. Please click on 'Report' for the job with issues so GoGet admin can assist you.
What are items that are not allowed on drive-thru shopping jobs?
GoGetters will not purchase jewelry, porcelain products, fragile items that are not sufficiently packaged as well as any items deemed illegal such as drugs, firearms, contraband, explosives, and others deemed illegal by law.
What happens if I have bought the wrong item?
As per standard SOP, GoGetter should check and confirm with the Poster first before purchasing the item.
If the wrong item was bought, GoGetter to return the item to the store and get an exchange if possible. If not, GoGetter to buy a new item and deliver/ send it to the customer.
Compensation:-
If the item was wrongly described by Poster - there is no additional compensation. The Poster will bear the cost of the item if the GoGetter has to repurchase.
If the item was bought wrongly by GoGetter, GoGetter will bear the cost.
What happens if the item is damaged?
GoGetter to check items upon purchase to ensure that it is in good condition. Take a picture of fragile items upon purchase and upon delivery as proof to protect yourself.
If possible, get Poster to check the items during handover. If the item is damaged upon handover, GoGetter has to bear the full cost of the item
