'Hire Me' is a new way of finding jobs on GoGet. This feature will offer longer-term jobs ranging from 4-week jobs to full-time positions.

Q: If I’m only interested to do GoGet on an hourly level, can I still be a GoGetter?
A: Yes! Now you will get even more options and opportunities to earn on GoGet. You are free to select the type of jobs you like to do on GoGet.
Q: If I have applied for a job on GoGetter app's 'Hire Me', can I still claim other gig jobs on GoGet?
A: Yes! You can always claim any job on the GoGetter app to earn extra income whenever you want.
Q: How will I get paid if I do 'Hire Me' jobs?
A: Unlike gig jobs where you are paid by GoGet up to 3 times a week; for jobs you applied through 'Hire Me', you will get paid directly by the job Poster, according to their payment cycle. This may range from daily, weekly, or even monthly.
Q: Are jobs on 'Hire Me' safe since I will be in contact directly with Poster after I applied on GoGetter app?

Q: What is the difference between Contract, Part-Time & Full-Time jobs?
A: Contract Jobs are jobs that are not full-time and has a specified time period e.g. Be a packer GoGetter from 9am to 5pm for 4 months.
Part-time jobs are jobs that are not full-time and has <40 hours per week. e.g. Be a packer GoGetter to work 3-hours night shift every night.
Full time jobs are also known as full time employment (working minimum 40 hours per week). e.g. Be a full-time packer GoGetter hired under the company.
Q: What is the difference between 'Hire Me' jobs on GoGetter app and other job posting sites e.g LinkedIn, Jobstreet?
A: Highly targeted job type. "Hire Me' jobs are focused on non-executive job types with simple requirements, similar to the types of Helper jobs you are familiar with on GoGet. For example: warehouse packer, waiter/waitress, kitchen helper, data entry, callers.
Easy to apply: (i) No resume upload needed so you can apply for a job faster. (ii) Showcase your experience easily. Your GoGetter Profile (including job experience and ratings & review) will be shown to job Posters. (iii) You may be familiar with the Poster from the hourly gig jobs you've done.
Q: Who can I reach out to if I have questions about a 'Hire Me' job that I am interested in?
A: If you're interested in a job, you may apply for the job directly. The job Poster will contact you directly if you are shortlisted and you may clarify any questions with them.
Q: Will I be charged commission if I do 'Hire Me' jobs?
A: No, you will not be charged any commission when you apply and complete 'Hire Me' jobs. After applying for the job, you will deal directly with the job Poster for the interview and hiring process. The income you earn from 'Hire Me' jobs will be paid directly to you by the job Poster.
Q: Why is commission charged for hourly jobs (gig jobs) under 'Find jobs' and not 'Hire Me' jobs?
A: With 'Hire Me', Posters will be charged a posting fee to post up long-term jobs. Hence on the GoGetter side, you will be able to find 'Hire Me' jobs at no cost (no commission charged). All payments will be done by the Poster.
Q: Will I be eligible for incentives/bonuses if I do 'Hire Me' jobs?
A: No, 'Hire Me' jobs will not count towards your GoGetter incentive or be eligible for any bonuses e.g. Helper 10% Bonus. This is because the income you earn from 'Hire Me' jobs will be paid directly to you by the job Poster and not through GoGet.
Q: Can I contribute my earnings from 'Hire Me' jobs to EPF or Pod Savings?
A: No, you will not be able to contribute earnings from 'Hire Me' jobs to EPF or to Pod Savings via the GoGetter App is because the payment is handled by the Poster.
Q: What happens if I meet with an accident while on the longer term job? Will I be covered by GoGet's insurance policy?
A: No, GoGet's group insurance policy and GoGetter Insurance (Daily/Monthly) will only cover you for injuries on hourly gig jobs being carried out on the GoGet platform where GoGet makes payment to you.
Q: Can I buy Senang for 'Hire Me' jobs?
A: No, you will not be able to buy Senang Insurance for 'Hire Me' jobs on the GoGetter app because payment is handled by the Poster.
Q: How does this tie into GoGet's mission and vision?
A: Our vision for GoGet is always to empower our GoGetters to earn flexibly in a safe and trusted platform.
