How Do I Let My Receiver Know That Their Delivery Is On The Way?

You have multiple ways to let the recipient know that their delivery is on the way:

1) Automated
2) Manual

1) Automated

Fill in the recipient details in the 'Dropoff Contact' section and an SMS will be send to them when the GoGetter is on the way to their location. They will be able to track the GoGetter in real time.

The SMS will say:

RM0 Hi <recipient name>, Your delivery from <poster business name> is on its way. Track here: <tracking link>

To copy tracking link, open the 'Job Status', and click on the arrow on the right hand side of the page.

 Once arrow is clicked, you can select 'Copy tracking link' right at the bottom of the page

2) Manual

You can send a tracking link to your receiver to let them know their package is on the way!

 Once arrow is clicked, you can select 'Copy tracking link' right at the bottom of the page and send it to the person of your choice
