Why am I seeing different jobs compared to other GoGetters?

Some of the factors that could have caused the different job visibility:

1. Location
Your location when you are searching for jobs in your GoGetter app highly affects the number of jobs that are available. In this case, you should check on your location setting:

• Delivery jobs
  1. Click on "Delivery" at the "Find Jobs" page.
  2. Click on "Radius" and have it set under "100KM".
• Helper jobs
  1. Click on "Helper" at the "Find Jobs" page.
  2. Click on "Location" and choose the "State" that you want to find jobs.
• Hire Me jobs (contract/ part-time/ full-time)
  1. Click on "Hire Me" at the "Find Jobs" page.
  2. Click on "Location" and choose the "State" that you want to find jobs.

If there are jobs shown after you readjust the filter, it indicates that the previous settings did not show you available jobs that are too far from your location.

2."Job Type" filter
There is also a possibility that you have selected or filtered the different types of jobs you are interested in. For example, there may not be any "Cheque Deposit" jobs at the moment but that is the only job you have selected to see, hence you would not be able to view any other type of jobs available. That is why we always suggest GoGetters to ensure the "Job Type" filter has all types of jobs selected as part of troubleshooting.

3. "My Vehicles" settings
As this depends on the types of vehicle that you have selected to view Delivery jobs, this would also affect the number of jobs on your GoGetter app. For instance, you have selected bike as your vehicle setting but your GoGetter friend has selected all vehicles setting. Here's a breakdown on what you can see based on your vehicle settings: 

Bike: Bike job

Bike bag: Bike and bike bag job

Car: Car and bike bag job

SUV: SUV, Car and bike bag job

Go to "Account" > "My Account" > "My Vehicles" to check what you have selected.

4. Blocks
It could also be that Posters whom you have completed jobs for have blocked you from seeing their jobs, or perhaps you have blocked the Poster. Hence, there would be a difference when comparisons are made between another GoGetter's account who has not been blocked by other Posters or has not blocked any Posters.

5. Ratings
You need to maintain a rating of 4.8 and above in order to view Premium jobs. 

These factors should always be taken into consideration as they could be, but not limited to, the reasons why there is a difference in job visibility.
