Train & Build users are highly recommended to require their GoGetters in the team to sign an NDA document. 

What is an NDA

Non-disclosure agreements (NDA) are an important legal framework used to protect sensitive and confidential information from being made available by the recipient of that information. Companies and startups use these documents to ensure that their good ideas won't be stolen by people they are negotiating with. Anybody in breach of an NDA will be subject to lawsuits and penalties commensurate with the value of lost profits.

Why?

To protect Train & Build users against any information leaks or breaches of personal data relating to the company. 

If you already have a pre-existing NDA form, you may use it for the GoGetters. If you do not have an NDA form you may download the template provided in the attachment below and change the details according to your company information.
