You can:

π§ How do Missions work?
β Auto-Opt In
- You donβt need to join or apply for Missions.
If you're eligible, Missions will automatically appear in your app.
β Missions are based on tasks, not jobs
- A job may have multiple shifts (tasks).
Missions track completed tasks to ensure fairness.
β Tasks count only when the job is completed
- Even if you finish a task, it will only count once the job is fully closed.
β Cancelled tasks donβt count Cancellations of tasks β regardless of who does it β will not be counted in Missions.
β Eligibility matters
Some Missions may require the following for example:
- Minimum completion rate
- Specific job types
- Specific brands
- If your completion rate drops below the requirement, the Mission may become locked until you qualify again.β Missions have custom time periods
Unlike the old system (which was weekly), Missions can run daily, weekly, monthly or even on custom dates.
You may even see a Mission before its start date so you can plan ahead.β Clear RM rewards
- Every Mission shows you the exact amount you will earn once completed.
- No more complicated calculations or tier confusion.
β³ What about jobs claimed BEFORE the new Missions system?
Rewards follow your claim_at time:
- Jobs claimed before the new system β old incentive rules
- Jobs claimed after the new system β Missions rules apply
If you haven't updated your GoGetter app yet, Missions may not appear visually β but rewards will still be added to your statement.
π§Ύ Where can I see my Mission progress?
You can track all your progress directly in the app. Just head to: Account > Incentives > Missions.
- You will find active missions and past missions.
How do I know what I need to do for a Mission and what my reward will be?
Each Mission shows your:
- The missions' goal (e.g., complete 10 tasks)
- Requirements for what counts towards the mission
- Remaining progress
- Reward amount
- Start/end date
Frequently Asked Questions :
Why didnβt my progress tracker update immediately?
Progress updates when jobs are completed and closed. There may be short delays depending on task and job status.- I completed tasks but tracker is empty or does not move βwhy?
Tasks only count if they were done within the mission period, matched the requirements, and the job is fully closed.
- Why does another GoGetter have more missions than me?
Each GoGetter receives missions tailored to their activity and performance. Different GoGetters will see different missions depending on their profile.
- Poster cancelled the jobβdoes task count to my mission?
No. If a poster cancels the job, the task does not count towards mission progress.
- What if task failed due to poster?
Tasks that are not marked completed will not add to your mission tracker
Note: If you have successfully returned to sender a delivery that failed because receiver was not able to receive, this does count as a successfully completed task
- If I claim a job with 5 tasks, but 1 task fails and 4 tasks are completed, how many tasks will count toward my Mission progress?
Only the 4 successfully completed tasks will count toward your Mission tracker.
Failed tasks do not contribute to Mission progress, even if the overall job is marked as completed.
- Can one task add to multiple missions?
Yes, if the task is eligible for multiple missions, it can add to multiple missions
- Can I do multiple missions at the same time?
Yes! You can complete multiple missions at the same time. All progress is auto-tracked.
- Why did only some tasks count toward this mission?
Only tasks that match the missionβs requirements (job type, brand, date, eligibility) will count towards progress.
- Where do I see my missions?
You can track all your progress directly in the app. Just head to: Account > Incentives > Missions.
What happens to the jobs that I claimed before the new system was launched?
Your incentives will follow the claim_at time of the job:
- If you claimed the job BEFORE the new system went live β Old incentive system applies
- If you claimed the job AFTER the new system went live β New mission/mission incentives apply
This ensures fairness for all GoGetters.General Terms:

If we detect any activity that violates our policies, compromises platform integrity, or attempts to abuse the incentive or Missions system, GoGet reserves the right to take appropriate action. This may include removing incentives, pausing Missions, adjusting progress, restricting account functions, or suspending accounts when necessary. All actions are taken based on verified evidence and are designed to protect genuine GoGetters and ensure the platform remains fair, safe, and reliable for everyone.
2. GoGet may revoke incentives at any time should there be substantiated evidence of abuse or policy breaches. Incentive missions may also be suspended temporarily during ongoing investigations.
Right to Remove or Pause Incentives:
GoGet reserves the right to:
- Remove incentives or Mission rewards when there is substantiated evidence of fraud or policy violations
- Temporarily pause Missions while an investigation is ongoing
- This helps maintain a fair earning environment for everyone.
Actions GoGet May Take :
- If fraud or misuse is confirmed, GoGet may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove or revoke incentives and Mission rewards
- Pause or lock ongoing Missions
- Reset Mission progress
- Issue warnings
- Suspend GoGetter accounts
Block poster and gogetter accounts involved in the misuse
These actions ensure fairness for all GoGetters on the platform.
