How are additional charges calculated?

• The surge prices are calculated as a multiplier on top of the hourly fee. However, you are able to identify how much exactly was surged in the review stage of the job creation and you are also able to adjust freely higher or below the suggested fee. We do recommend posting the job at the suggested hourly fee that has been surged to get a better match.
• If the total hour of the job is less than 1 hour, the total hour of the job will be rounded up, and calculate the total job fee according to 1 hour.

How to identify additional charges in the app? 

• At the 5th stage of job creation (the review stage), while reviewing the total fee for the job to be created, there will be a green arrow icon. This indicates that the job suggested hourly fee has been surged to get a better match. 

What do I do if one of my GoGetters cancels one of the shift of the multi-shift job I've posted?

• The GoGetter will only be paid for the shift they have worked. The calculation would be the total job fee divided by the total number of hours in the shift and multiplied by the total number of hours worked.
• You, (the poster) will be refunded back based on the total job fee divided by the total duration of hours and multiplied by the number of hours in the shift that has been marked as unable to complete. To identify a shift cancellation and the fee adjustment, do refer to the images below highlighted with a red box.
