How to: Post Bulk Order and get Flat Rates

*Bulk Orders are available in Klang Valley, Penang and Johor Bahru.

1. Visit the GoGet app
2. Click on the 'Bulk Order' tile in Create a Job.
3. Select 'Create'.
4. Download CSV template or open and make a copy in Google Doc and fill out your information.
5. Enter your pick up address and check your flat rate pricing.
6. Click 'Get Started' and you will be directed to fill in the Pick up & Order details of your delivery
7. Select a 2 hour pick up window / 4 hour drop off window
8. Fill up the details of the item being delivered e.g. size and weight. You may also upload images of the item to help GoGetters prepare better for the delivery.
9. Once you have ensured all details are accurate, you may click 'Next' where you will be directed to the Manage Drop Offs page
10. Upload your file in CSV format. Alternatively, you may also manually key in the delivery addresses and details. You can click 'Add Row' to add more stops
11.  Once you have uploaded the file and amended any errors, you can click 'Next' where you will be able to Review Order.
12. You should be able to see a summary of your order and the fee breakdown for your Bulk Order.
13. Click 'Create'. You have successfully posted your Bulk Order!

• When you post a bulk job for the first time, you will get 15% off

• Cut off time for posting bulk is 11pm the day before (only for 9am pick up slot)
• Each row in the CSV file is a singular drop off (location and price)
• If you want to send to many receivers in one location, only fill 1 row, not 5, otherwise you will be charged for 5 drop off locations
• Each time the GoGetter must park their car and get out, can be considered a single location
• GoGetter can deliver the item to your receiver, and carry out a return trip for your bulk order.
