Yes, you may change your mind and cancel the coverage before you start a GoGet job.
Your insurance coverage is only activated once you press "Start Job" after submitting the insurance purchase request. If you happen to change your mind, you may still press "Cancel Coverage" and you will not be charged the insurance premium. Refer image below.
Next, click on "I understand" to cancel your the insurance coverage you have previously selected.
How do I edit my personal details for my insurance purchase request?
If you need to edit, click on the pencil icon to edit your personal details. Kindly double-check that your personal details submitted are accurate.
Note:
- Your personal details are retrieved automatically by the system from your GoGetter Application. Hence, it is important to check before submission just in case your address has changed.
- You will not be able to change your email address. However, you may proceed to purchase the insurance and inform Admin via Help & Support in the GoGetter app of your new email address. Admin can forward a copy of the insurance certificate to your new email address as requested.
I have clicked on 'Start Job' after submitting my insurance purchase request. Can I still make changes or cancel the insurance once it has been activated?
No, you will not be able to make any changes/cancellations to the insurance policy once the insurance has been activated (when you press 'Start Job' after you submit the insurance purchase request).
