1. What is personal accident insurance?
Personal Accident Insurance is an insurance policy which provides compensation in the event of injuries, disability or death. It can be caused by an accident that occurs during the job that was carried out on the GoGetter mobile application.

3. How much is the premium?
There are 2 Personal Accident Packages as per below :-
- Daily Option - RM1.00 per day (excluding SST 8%). Valid from the time you press "Start Job" for the first job of the day, after the insurance is purchased and it will cease upon the completion of the GoGet job(s) or at 11.59PM on the date of insurance coverage purchase, whichever is earlier.
- Monthly Option - RM20.00 per month (excluding SST 8%). Valid for 1 month. It will cease on the final working day of the month.
4. When does the insurance come into effect?
Monthly Insurance Coverage:
It is applicable to the lives of all registered members of GoGet.my as a ‘GoGetter’ subject to the ones that have opted to purchase this insurance via the GoGetter mobile application. The insurance is only active and covers only during a job that is carried out on the GoGetter mobile application.
For example, you buy insurance on 26th May 2020 at 3.30PM and press "Start Job", the insurance coverage will end on 25th June 2020 at 3.29PM regardless of public holidays, weekends are taken into account.

Daily Insurance Coverage:
Coverage shall start when you press "Start job" for an approved GoGet job in the GoGetter app after you purchased the insurance. Coverage will end upon the completion of the GoGet job(s) or at 11.59PM on the date of insurance coverage purchase, whichever is earlier.

5. What do I get if I subscribe to the insurance package?
You will get a copy of the insurance certificate issued by Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad. You will also get an instruction on the steps to register a claim with the insurance company by melisa.tan@senangpks.com.my. These will be sent to the email address you registered with GoGet.
6. What does accidental death cover?
If the insured person suffers bodily injury and/or resulting in the death or permanent disability within 1 day or 1 month of incident date which is covered in the daily or monthly insurance policy period, Senang will pay according to the respective percentage of the capital sum as stated in the table of benefit.
7. What does medical expenses cover?
If the policy owner suffers bodily injury or incurs medical and surgical expenses within 1 day or 1 month from the incident date which occurs during the insurance policy period that is bought, Senang will reimburse the expenses incurred per accident up to the maximum amount stated in the policy schedule.
- The medical and surgical expenses shall be paid by the policy owner to a dentist, physician or hospital for treatment of bodily injury.
- Excluding the cost of dental treatment unless such treatment is for injury to sound and natural teeth.
8. Can anyone purchase insurance on GoGet?
It is only open to Malaysian with an age limit: between 18 to 65 years old. You must be a verified GoGetter on GoGet.my platform in order to be entitled for this insurance policy.
9. What documents are needed for an insurance claim?
For death and permanent disablement
- Completed Claim Form- To be done via Senang System
- Police Report (It must state that the incident happen during performing GoGet Job)
- Medical report (not required for claims below RM250.00)
- Medical Certificates
- Copy of IC (both sides)
- Original receipts/bills
- If it’s Permanent Disablement – Specialists’ report
- Copy of Post Mortem Report
- Copy of Death Certificate
- Copy of burial/cremation certificate
- Letters of Administration if nomination not done
- Copy of identity card of the beneficiary
- For Motor accidents – Copy of Valid driving license
- GoGet Job Booking ID
- Incident Report by GoGet management team
- E-Payment Form
For medical expenses
