As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen protection and benefits for our GoGetter community, we will be replacing our current Senang Insurance and introducing broader protection initiatives, including PERKESO coverage for eligible Malaysian GoGetters.
To support this transition, Monthly Senang Insurance plans will no longer be available for selection after 4 June 2026, while Daily Senang Insurance plans will no longer be available for selection after 23 June 2026.
As we transition away from Senang Insurance-on-Demand, we are introducing broader protection initiatives, including PERKESO coverage for eligible GoGetters, to provide more comprehensive support for our community.
We understand that protection while working is important, and we remain committed to supporting the safety and well-being of our GoGetter community throughout this transition.
What Does This Mean for Existing Policyholders?
If you have already selected an insurance plan but have not yet activated it, please start your next job before 30 June 2026, 11:59 PM to ensure your insurance coverage is activated.

1. What happens if I select insurance on the final day before the feature is discontinued?
If you successfully selected insurance before the relevant cutoff date, your policy will be activated when you start your next job, provided that you start your next job before 30 June 2026, 11:59 PM.
2. Will my existing insurance coverage be cancelled?
No. Any policy that has already been issued will remain valid and continue to provide coverage according to its policy terms and conditions.
To check your selected insurance option, go to Account > Insurance in the app. Your selected insurance plan will be displayed accordingly.
To confirm whether your policy has been successfully issued, please check your email. Kindly note that the policy cover note will only be sent after you have clicked "Start Job".
3. Can I select a new policy after the discontinuation dates?
No. Monthly Senang Insurance plans will no longer be available for selection after 4 June 2026, and Daily Senang Insurance plans will no longer be available for selection after 23 June 2026. After these dates, new selections will no longer be available through the GoGet platform.
4. Why is GoGet discontinuing Senang Insurance-on-Demand?
We are enhancing our worker protection strategy and transitioning towards broader protection initiatives, including PERKESO coverage for eligible GoGetters, to provide more comprehensive support and benefits.
5. What happens if I selected daily or monthly Senang Insurance but only started my job after 30 June 2026, 11:59 PM?
In this scenario, no Senang policy coverage will be available after the cutoff period. You will also not be charged for the insurance you have selected.
6. What protection will be available after Senang Insurance-on-Demand is discontinued?
GoGet will be working with PERKESO to provide coverage for eligible Malaysian GoGetters. More information on eligibility requirements, coverage details, and benefits will be shared separately.
