What is "Refer & Earn", the GoGet referral program, all about?
- The GoGet referral program allows you to refer friends and friends with businesses to use GoGet's services and you get rewarded for it!

How does GoGet's referral program work?
- Go to your profile > Click on Refer & Earn.
How do I share my referral code or link?
- Option 1: Click on the icon as shown in the screenshot below and share it with your friends.
- Option 2: Click 'share' button and select the best option for you.
What rewards can I earn?
- Refer a friend:
  - Give RM5, Get RM5 credits. For each friend who completes his/her first job, you'll get RM5 credits. (If your referred friend has posted his/her first job and it is not completed, you will not get your RM5 credits).
- Refer friends running a business:
  - Invite and you earn RM15 to RM100 credits depending on which business plan your friend purchases. The more your friends purchase on a Business Plan, the more you get.
Where can I track the referral status?
- Go to your profile > Click on Refer & Earn.
- Once a referral status is changed, you will also receive a pop up message and an in-app message.
Refer more friends and level up all the way to a Community Champion and enjoy even more benefits such as RM100 credits!
How will I receive my reward?
- You will receive your rewards in the form of GoGet credits that will be automatically given to you once your referred friend's referral status changes.
Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?
- Refer as many people as you know that will benefit from GoGet's services! Please refer to our terms and conditions to ensure your referred friends are qualified users to refer.
Where can friends enter my referral code?
- Option 1: When signing up for a GoGet account, your friends can key in your referral code based on the screenshot below.
- Option 2: If your friend did not insert your code when they signed up, don't worry as long as they have not posted a job yet, they can always key it in under their 'Rewards' tab and click on 'Got a Referral code?'

1. Referral codes must be inserted before a GoGet jobs is posted and completed by your friend (the referee).
2. Referral code rewards to the referrer are given in the form of GoGet credits and not promo codes.
3. GoGet Credits earned from referral code rewards are not exchangeable and you are not able to cash it out nor seek refund in cash.
4. GoGet credits earned as referral code rewards can be accumulated and used on all GoGet jobs.
5. GoGet credits can be used to pay for the GoGet fee on your jobs and also the cost of goods.
6. GoGet reserves the right to revoke or modify the use of referral code rewards for any reason, including suspected referral code distribution abuse, including the use of multiple accounts associated with the same GoGet user.
