Terms and Conditions for Online Payment (GoGet Pay) & GoGet Credits

Use GoGet Pay as the online payment method for food/shopping

• You may choose to pay online via the GoGet Application for all jobs on GoGet.
• As a GoGet user (Not a Business Account), you have the choice to pay using credits for all your jobs. 
• As a GoGet user (Not a Business Account), you have the choice to pay via Online Banking for only food and shopping jobs. 
• Online Banking payment method allows you to pay both the GoGet Fee and the cost of goods purchased. 
• You agree that upon choosing Online Banking for food and shopping jobs, as a payment method, an additional RM2.00 transaction fee will be charged for this service. 
• You agree that upon choosing Online Banking as a payment method, any refund will be refunded to you through GoGet Credits that can be used to purchase items for future jobs. 
• You agree that once you have made payment via Online Banking on the GoGet Application, you are not able to request additional changes in the job scope. 
• You agree that once you have chosen to pay via Online Banking payment method, you are not able to change to cash unless there was an error in the Online Banking Transaction. This error will be notified via the GoGet Application. 
• You are not able to cancel the transaction and job request after you have made payment. 
• Upon requesting Online Payment, you agree to have sufficient funds in your bank account to complete the payment of the job requested by you. 
• In the event that you choose to pay for the GoGet Fee and the cost of goods purchased with Online Banking, you will need to insert your online banking details that belong to you in accordance with the instructions within the GoGet Application.
• If the bank account details belong to another person, such as your parents, you hereby warrant and agree that you have obtained their permission to use the bank account for the payment of the GoGet Fee and cost of goods.
• You agree that we may at any point verify your bank account details when you use the Service.
• Once you receive a payment request from the GoGetter via the GoGet Application, you are required to review the amount requested and provide confirmation.
• Upon submitting the Online Payment via the GoGet Application, you have acknowledged that you have reviewed and confirmed that the final amount due is as per the paid amount.
• You acknowledge that it is your own responsibility to stay updated with the progress of your job in the GoGet Application. 
• If you have any complaints in relation to the service provided or payment submitted, please submit a support ticket via the GoGet Application.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend the processing of any transaction or disable or limit the use of Online Banking in the event of any error in the transaction or where the Company reasonably believes that the transaction may be fraudulent, illegal or involves any criminal activity or where the Company reasonably believes you to be in breach of the Terms of Use.
• You agree that you will cooperate in relation to any financial crime screening that is required and to assist the Company in complying with any prevailing laws or regulations in place.
• You shall be responsible to resolve any disputes with your Bank on your own.
• You agree to make payment in a timely manner once a request is sent to your GoGet Application. If you do not make payment within 4 hours upon payment request time, you agree that the Company reserves the right to suspend your usage of the GoGet Application, or disable or limit the use of Online Banking or cancel the transaction entirely. 
• You may choose to pay online via the GoGet Application or through any of the methods as may be made available in the Application from time to time. Selecting a particular payment method means you are agreeing to the terms of service of the Company’s processing partners and your financial institution. You will bear all fees that may be charged by such processing partners and/or your financial institution (if any) for the payment method you have selected.

GoGet Credits for GoGet Business Accounts

• You may purchase credits (“GoGet Credits”) which may be used to pay for the GoGet Fee and cost of goods.
• You may choose to purchase GoGet Credits through any of the methods as may be made available in the Application from time to time. Selecting a particular payment method means you are agreeing to the terms of service of the Company’s processing partners and your financial institution. You will bear all fees that may be charged by such processing partners and/or your financial institution (if any) for the payment method you have selected.
• The Company may at its sole and absolute discretion reject your request to purchase GoGet Credits for any reason whatsoever.
• All of your GoGet credits will remain valid as long as you regularly top up any amount or post a job that gets done. The validity period of your credits automatically gets extended for 12 months, whenever you do either of the following before it expires:
• Top up any amount of GoGet Credit
• Post a job and ensure it’s claimed and completed

In other words, GoGet Credits will be valid for 12 months from the date of your last credit purchase of any amount, or the posting date of the last completed job, whichever is later.

• The Company shall have the right to deal with the expired GoGet Credits in such manner as it deems fit in its absolute discretion. After the expiry of your GoGet Credits, you hereby agree that you will have no claim whatsoever against the Company. You hereby agree that you will have no claim whatsoever against the Company for any expired GoGet Credits.
• The GoGet Credits are not redeemable for cash nor are they refundable under any circumstances. They cannot be resold, exchanged or transferred for value under any circumstances. The GoGet Credits shall not be regarded, construed, or used as valuable or exchangeable instruments under any circumstances.
• You will not receive interest or other earnings on your GoGet Credits. The Company may receive interest on amounts that the Company holds on your behalf. You agree to assign your rights to the Company for any interest derived from your GoGet Credits.
• You should ensure that you have sufficient GoGet Credits to pay for the GoGet Fee and cost of goods. If you have an insufficient credit balance to pay for the GoGet Fee and cost of goods, you may purchase additional GoGet Credits so that you may complete your payment for the GoGet Fee and cost of goods.
• You may check your GoGet Credits balance in the Application. The GoGet Credits balance set out in the Application shall serve as conclusive evidence of your GoGet Credits balance.
• The Company has the right to forfeit your GoGet Credits where it reasonably believes that the credit purchase may be fraudulent, illegal or involves any criminal activity or where the Company reasonably believes you to be in breach of the Terms of Use.

GoGet Credits for Non-GoGet Business Account holders, regular users: 

• You may purchase credits (“GoGet Credits”) which may be used to pay for the GoGet Fee and cost of goods.
• You may choose to purchase GoGet Credits through any of the methods as may be made available in the Application from time to time. Selecting a particular payment method means you are agreeing to the terms of service of the Company’s processing partners and your financial institution. You will bear all fees that may be charged by such processing partners and/or your financial institution (if any) for the payment method you have selected.
• The Company may at its sole and absolute discretion reject your request to purchase GoGet Credits for any reason whatsoever.
• All of your GoGet credits will remain valid as long as you regularly top up any amount or post a job that gets done. The validity period of your credits automatically gets extended for 12 months, whenever you do either of the following before it expires:
• Top up any amount of GoGet Credit
• Post a job and ensure it’s claimed and completed

• You should ensure that you have sufficient GoGet Credits to pay for the GoGet Fee and cost of goods. If you have an insufficient credit balance to pay for the GoGet Fee and cost of goods, you may purchase additional GoGet Credits so that you may complete your payment for the GoGet Fee and cost of goods. Alternatively, if you chose GoGet Credits as the payment method, you may choose to pay the entire cost of goods amount via cash on delivery.
• You may check your GoGet Credits balance in the Application. The GoGet Credits balance set out in the Application shall serve as conclusive evidence of your GoGet Credits balance.
• The Company has the right to forfeit your GoGet Credits where it reasonably believes that the credit purchase may be fraudulent, illegal or involves any criminal activity or where the Company reasonably believes you to be in breach of the Terms of Use.
