What if I don't pay the monetary penalty?

If the "outstanding amount" owing to GoGet exceeds RM100, you will not be able to claim any job that is worth more than RM25.

But don't worry! You can still see all jobs that are being posted on GoGet and maintain full control over the type of jobs you can claim.

To be able to claim any job that you want, you must ensure your "outstanding balance" owing to GoGet is always below RM100. You can do so by completing more jobs to reduce the amount to less than RM100 or make payment to GoGet.

To see your outstanding balance, go to "Account", click on "Payment". You get the option to pay GoGet anytime at your convenience when the "outstanding amount" owing to GoGet is RM20 and above.
