Before I start on the job :
- If the job status is “Claimed”, make sure you get approval from the Poster before you start the job. Once the Poster has “Approved” you for the job, you can proceed with it.
- If the poster is not responsive, do not carry out the job yet. Please try the following:
- Message in GoGetter app
- Whatsapp: Alternate way to reach out to Poster
- If the poster is not responsive within 15 minutes, cancel the job with cancellation reason “Poster is not responding to calls/messages”.
After I start the job:
- Keep the Poster updated on the job status such as your estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- Try to reply the Poster's messages as soon as possible.
Always keep all evidence of you contacting the Poster and Receiver (e.g. screenshots of messages, call logs)
At drop off location
Contact the Recipient:
- Call and/or send a WhatsApp message.
- Wait at least 15 minutes for a reply.
If no response from the Recipient:
- Contact the Poster immediately to ask what to do next. Follow Poster’s instructions.
If no response from both Recipient and Poster after 15 minutes:
- Return the item to the pick up location. You will be compensated for the return trip.
