- What does it mean when my statement is green?
- If your statement is green, it means there is payment due to you.
- Can I cash out the money?
- You do not have to cash out your balance as GoGet will transfer it to your registered bank account during the payment cycle.
- Payment is made to the bank details provided when you signed up as a GoGetter.
Go to ‘Account’ > ‘My Account’ > ‘Bank Details’
- When will I get paid?
- Payments are scheduled for every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, except on public holidays. If payment day falls on a public holiday, payment will be made during the next working day.
Example: Monday is a public holiday. Payment will be paid on Tuesday. - You will receive an email titled ‘Your GoGet E-Receipt’ once GoGet completes the transaction.
- If you are a Maybank user, please ONLY check your bank account after 7pm.
If you are user of other banks, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the payment to reflect in your bank account.
