- What does it mean when my statement is green?
If your statement is green, it means there is payment due to you. - When will I get paid?
Payments are scheduled for every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, except on public holidays. If payment day falls on a public holiday, payment will be made during the next working day.
Example: Monday is a public holiday. Payment will be paid on Tuesday.
You will receive an email titled ‘Your GoGet E-Receipt’ once GoGet completes the transaction.
If you are a Maybank user, please ONLY check your bank account after 8pm.
If you are user of other banks, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the payment to reflect in your bank account.

8. Can I cash out the money?
- You do not have to cash out your balance as GoGet will transfer it to your registered bank account during the payment cycle.
- Payment is made to the bank details provided when you signed up as a GoGetter.
