Why is my statement red?

Why is my payment statement Red?
- It means you owe GoGet money.
Why do I owe GoGet money?
- It is due to the deductions from the following:
  - Penalties due to violations issued
  - Deducted job fee due to reduced effort (e.g worked lesser hours).
How do I pay GoGet ?
- If the outstanding amount <RM10, you don’t have to pay anything.
- If the outstanding amount >=RM10, you can clear the outstanding amount by either clicking PAY NOW before the Due date shown OR claim and complete any jobs to contra off the outstanding amount to turn it into green.
I paid the outstanding balance to GoGet, why is the statement still red?
- Kindly wait for about 5 minutes. If it remains red, please force close the app. Then open the app again.
What is the best practice in clearing the outstanding balance to GoGet?
- Always clear it when the amount is small.
