1. How do I know when will I get paid?
For certain jobs, payment may take a few days to be released. This means your payment will be temporarily placed on hold for a set number of days after the job is completed.
Here’s how you can check the verification period for each job:
- Open the job you want to claim.
- Look for the small green $ icon and click on it.
- Check the special payment terms. Here, you will see the specific number of days your payment will be on hold for verification.
2. Where can I check the status of my job payment?
You can check it by going to My Jobs > Verification tab.
3. What does “Poster verification” mean?
When your job status is in “Poster verification”, this means your payment will be temporarily placed on hold for a specified number of days after the job is completed because the Poster needs to verify your attendance.
4. When does the payment verification process start?
The payment verification period begins after you have completed the job.
3. What happens after the verification period ends?
-
You will receive a notification from GoGet.
- The job status will be updated to “Completed.”
