Invalid bank details
- Your bank details might be wrong and the payment has failed. You will receive an in-app notification within 3 working days from payment day informing you to update your bank details. Click here for the steps.
- Once you have updated, you will need to wait till next payment cycle day for the payment.

Payment blocked for job investigations
- Check if you received in-app notification regarding the payment status being temporarily blocked
- Reasons for job investigations:
- Job issues (e.g. damaged items)
- Job fees require adjustment (e.g incomplete shifts)
- Attendance check by Poster
- Investigations take between 5-7 working days and rest assured payment will be released after.
