Poster cancelled the Delivery job after I had started it.
We understand the frustration and inconvenience caused by Poster cancellations. Don’t worry, your Completion Rate is not affected in these instances.
Poster will be charged a cancellation fee and you will receive the full amount as compensation for your time and effort.
When am I eligible for compensation?
- You must have started the job(by clicking Start Job) in the GoGetter app.
- The Poster must have cancelled the job more than five (5) minutes after you have started it.
- You must be on the way to the pick up location. (Based on our location tracking system)
Failure to fulfil ANY OF THE ABOVE criteria will result in your compensation being rejected by our system.
Your statement will be updated shortly with the compensation of RM5 if you are eligible.
This policy does not cover the scenario where the job is cancelled by GoGetter. If the job is cancelled by GoGetter, GoGetter may report the job and provide necessary evidence to seek assistance.
The Poster cancelled the job and I did not receive compensation. Why did I not receive compensation?
Here are some possible reasons why.
- You have not clicked start job in the GoGetter app.
- The Poster cancelled the job within five (5) minutes of you starting it.
- You have not moved toward the pick up location.
I have a dispute about the compensation. What should I do?
Please report the job and provide the necessary evidences and our team will assist you.
