If your GoGetter is unable to proceed with the delivery due to vehicle issue or he/her met with an accident, please proceed to arrange for a pick up from the GoGetter to proceed with the delivery.
If the item could not be retrieved, please proceed to arrange for a replacement.
After the delivery is completed, you may report the issue to us for further assistance.
*There is an insurance coverage of up to RM400 for goods damaged in transit depending on your GoGet account type. Please find a full list of insured goods in transit here.
