If your GoGetter is not responsive while he or she has your item, please call or message your GoGetter and wait for 15 mins. We provide this 15 minute grace period as the GoGetter may be unable to response immediately as they could be driving, having problems with their phone or having a weak phone signal.
If your GoGetter is still unresponsive via phone call and messages after 15 minutes, please report your jobs following these steps.
- Select “My Jobs”.
- Click on the job you would like to report.
- Scroll down the job details and select the “Report” button and select the reason - 'GoGetter was not responsive'.
You will receive an email under the email address registered with your GoGet account after you file a report. Our GoGet.my support team will take necessary actions to ensure our GoGet community stays safe, secure and reliable.
If the customer needs the item urgently, do use your company's own SOP.
