We understand if circumstances have changed or you no longer need your job to be completed, you have the option to edit or cancel the task before it was completed.
Please communicate any changes of the job with the GoGetter if the job has been accepted.
The GoGetters have the right to cancel the job if they are unable to proceed with the job due to the changes.
Additional charges might occur due to the changes of job the job scope in terms of timing, distance, or item to be transported. Kindly edit the job in the app and the new suggested fee will be re-calculated.
Please follow the steps below:
- Click on "My Jobs".
- Click on the task/title of the job you wish to edit / cancel .
- You will be able to see the "Cancel" and "Edit" icon to make the changes.
