We understand if circumstances have changed or you no longer need your job to be completed, you have the option to edit or cancel the task before it was completed. Please communicate any changes of the job with the GoGetter if the job has been accepted. Please contact the GoGetter and see if they can still proceed with the job due to the changes.
The GoGetters have the right to cancel the job if they are unable to proceed with the job due to the changes. You may proceed with cancelling the existing task if the GoGetter is unable to proceed with your new job requirement.
Additional charges might occur due to the changes of job the job scope in terms of timing, distance, or item to be transported. Kindly edit the job in the app and the new suggested fee will be re-calculated.
This is applicable on website, on Android and IOS mobile applications.
Please follow the steps below:
- Click on "My Jobs".
- Click on the task/title of the job you wish to edit / cancel .
- At the bottom of the page there will be options to click either "edit" or "cancel" among others.
