For Dispatch jobs:
- Select “My Jobs”.
- Select any of the job statuses.
- Click on the job you would like to report.
- Scroll down the job details and select the “Report” button to report the person or the incident.
For Non-Dispatch jobs:
- Select “My Jobs”.
- Select any of the job status.
- Click on the job you would like to report.
- Refer to the top part of the page and select the “Report job” button to report the person or the incident.
5. For mobile view, click on the menu function and you will be able to see the selection.
You will receive an email after you file a report. This is the email address that you have used to sign up for your GoGet Account.
Our GoGet.my support team will take necessary actions to ensure our GoGet community stays safe, secure and reliable.
Please note that all issues must be reported within 48 hours from the time of the incident. In the event of submitting a report more than 48 hours from the time of the incident your eligibility of compensation, refund or claim of incident may be affected and the platform reserves the right to reject such claims.

Hi, I would like to complain about your go getter Rxx +60 16-964 xxx for calling me a third mental graded people for canceling his jobs and demand I should inform him before cancelling the job. The actual job is 2 days away. I was cancel before by a go getter, i dont go get angry at people! Its their right to cancel if they cant do it.
I want immediate disciplinary action and apology!
