GoGetter is late to pick up
If the GoGetter is late to pick up, please allow for 15 minutes as grace period from the stated drop off time. No action would be taken if the GoGetter arrive within this 15 minutes grace period. We provide this grace period for our GoGetters as there may be uncontrollable circumstances such as heavy traffic due to bad weather. At times, the GoGetter is unable to take your call such as when they are driving, or in an area where the line is poor hence their phone in unreachable. To know the exact location of the GoGetter, you can use our app tracker to check their location status.
If you have waited for more than 15 minutes with no response from the GoGetter, you may cancel the job and post up a new one to get a replacement ASAP.
Please report the job in "help and support" so we may investigate what lead to the lateness of GoGetter. Do rate and review the GoGetter accordingly.
GoGetter is late to drop off
If the GoGetter was late dropping off the item, call the GoGetter and try to get their ETA. You can also use our app tracker to check the location of GoGetter
Do give the GoGetter another 15 minutes to arrive at the drop off location. Due to circumstances such as heavy traffic or bad weather conditions, the GoGetter may require extra time to reach the drop off location. We have trained our GoGetters to keep you updated with their ETA. Therefore if they were still very late without valid reasons, kindly report the job in "help and support". Our operations team will get in touch with you to investigate this issue.
If the customer needs the item urgently, do use your company's own SOP. Then report the job to "help and support"
GoGetter did not show up for the job
If the GoGetter has not showed up for the job during the stated time, please wait for 15 minutes as grace period. No action would
be taken if the GoGetter arrives within this 15 minutes grace period. We provide this grace period as there may be circumstances such as heavy traffic due to bad weather. At times, the GoGetter is unable to take your call like when they are driving, or in an area where the line is poor hence their phone is unreachable.
