Such a scenario may happen when:
1. GoGetter was removed from the job due to inactivity in the app.
2. Users wrongly cancelled the job from the app.
In such situation, please ensure the job is reported within 48 hours and we will assist to reinstate the job to GoGetter and GoGetter will receive the payment from the platform.
If the report is raised by a GoGetter, we will send a confirmation email to you to verify. Please respond to the email if there is any dispute. If we do not hear from you after 48 hours, the reinstatement and payment will be made to GoGetter and no further disputes will be accepted.
If the report is made by a Poster, we will proceed with the reinstatement and payment to GoGetter.
