It does not include change of distance traveled due to different routes suggested by map navigation.
What do you need to do?
- If you agree to proceed:
a. Inform the Poster before proceeding.
b. Report the job under Compensation > Wrong location/address.
- If you do not agree with the changes:
a. Discuss with the Poster
b. Inform the receiver
c. Return the item to pick up location.
d. Mark the drop off as “Unable to deliver”
e. Update the proof of return under the task “Return to pick up”.
Further action?
Extra distance: Please report the job under Compensation > Wrong location/address.
Return to pick up: No report is needed.
