If you are unable to complete a delivery due to unexpected issues, follow these steps:

- Identify the issue
- The delivery address is incorrect.
- The recipient is unresponsive after 15 minutes.
- The recipient requests a different delivery time or location.
- The item is damaged and must be returned.
- The job has been canceled by the Poster.
- The delivery address is incorrect.
- Take Action
- If the recipient is unresponsive but the drop-off is possible:
- Notify the Poster.
- Report the delay in the app and request compensation for waiting time if the delay was more than 15 minutes.
- Notify the Poster.
- If drop-off is not possible:
- Select "Unable to Deliver" in the app.
- Follow the instructions provided for next steps.
- Select "Unable to Deliver" in the app.
- If the recipient is unresponsive but the drop-off is possible:
Further Action?
- Return to Pick-Up Location or Redelivery
- If instructed, return the item to the original pick-up point or deliver it to a new address.
